Our winter clothing rentals provide you the best defense against the cold. We have you covered from head to toe! We offer a variety of clothing and boot sizes for youth, men and women ranging in sizes from XS – 4XL.

Please refer to our sizing chart and indicate the dates you’d like to rent winter clothing in Yellowknife and we will get back to you to confirm availability and send an invoice for you to easily pay online. Our cancellation and refund policy along with terms and conditions can be found further down this page.

Email your completed forms to: info@mybackyardtours.com, please include your name, the dates that you need winter clothing and the number of sets you would like to rent in the email. After we receive your completed form(s), we will send you an email to confirm whether we can fill your requirements.
Please note that sizes maybe substituted if your first option is unavailable.
RENTAL PERIOD: 11:00 AM TO THE NEXT DAY 1:00 PM
Delivery/Return of Clothing: Delivery can be provided to all major hotels and accredited accommodations, Monday to Friday. A fee of $15.00 per reservation may be added to those that start/end on weekends and holidays. (Please note: one reservation can include multiple clothing packages and the rate is inclusive of both directions.)
Delivery Time: 11:00 AM. Please note that later delivery and earlier returns can be easily arranged pending your travel schedule. If you arrive later in the day your clothing will be delivered to your hotel, either in-room or with reception. We welcome you to include your travel information in your communication with us. Also, please ensure you provide us with the name that is used to reserve your accommodation.
Pick-up/Return Time: 3:00 PM (Please allow up to 1/2 hour to accommodate delivery/returns). Early delivery or late returns may incur additional day charges.
Cancellations: A 50% non-refundable deposit is requested. Final payment is due at the time of the delivery. Payment can either be made by various options (credit card over the phone or via an emailed invoice – this email will contain a link that will take you to a secure platform and you can pay with major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Cancellations received less than 48 hours of scheduled delivery will incur full charges. Thank you for your understanding!

- A). Choose the size you typically wear. Keep in mind that you may be wearing extra thick socks or have an extra fleece top/sweater so you might need a size larger. We also invite you to share your weight and height as well – this information helps us to confirm the most appropriate size.

- A). No. Boots come in full sizes only, half sizes are not available; for example, if you wear a 9.5 boot, round up to a size 10.

- A). No, we do have a corporate office where we do not store the clothes. It’s our preference to deliver to you.

- A) We offer delivery service to all major hotels and BnB’s within Yellowknife. Arrangements can also be made for you to pick-up/return the packages to our office during regular business hours, Monday to Friday.
