Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes situations occur and you may need to cancel your tour reservation, should this occur please notify us as soon as possible.  Cancellation charges will be effective from the date and time we acknowledge receipt of your cancellation.  For tours paid full, cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to the tour date will receive a 80% refund. We’re more than happy to make arrangements to reschedule your tour at another time.
